     Our staff is happy to accommodate your billing needs.  We accept your private insurance if they cover the durable medical items.  You simply pay your co-payment.  Prior authorization is required; however, we attempt to get it taken care of the same day.  Please understand this is not always possible, for various things can affect the insurance company’s coverage.  Just remember we are working to satisfy your need as soon as possible.  Most workman’s compensation claims are accepted, but they, too, require prior authorization with the company who is responsible for payment.

     For our patient’s with Medicare, we bill them directly for you.  You have no forms to fill out!  It’s very important to bring your physician’s order of medical necessity or prescription with you when you come in for a durable medical item; this speeds up the authorization process.   Medicare requires specific information to determine whether you qualify for a particular item.  We always attempt to gather all this information from you and your doctor and process your request the same day.  Again, this is not always possible, so please be patient and understand that your health is our primary concern. Our friendly staff promises to meet your need as soon as possible.
